of five pristine oceanfront lots in a new, very secluded strata
subdivision at the southeast end of Horton Bay Road. Lot sizes
range from five acres with medium to high bank waterfront. The
advertised lots have not been logged for over fifty years. Many
species including Gary Oak, Pine, Arbutus, Cedar and Douglas Fir,
Wild Ladyslipper Orchids and Daffodils appear scattered through
the forest in early spring. There is an abundance of eagles, herons,
deer, otters and other wildlife throughout the area. Interspersed
between the Lots in this 11 site subdivision are pedestrian paths
to rocky outcroppings at the shoreline so that all strata owners
can enjoy a variety of spectacular views and beach accesses.
Channel View Way, a private road owned by the strata corporation,
winds gently between the lots and the main area of the Common
Property, 72 acres of grassy meadow and forest. This area has
been minimally developed but has some walking trails and a marsh.
There is a beautiful old stone jetty, boat house and boat launch
at Horton Bay for use by strata members. Click on photos below
