Mayne
Island is readily accessible by daily government ferries sailing from Tsawwassen
or Swartz Bay. Average sailing time is approximately one hour. Of
course, the available float plane service direct to Miners Bay makes Mayne Island
only twenty minutes from downtown Vancouver, Richmond or Victoria. | |

Ferry Schedules: the Southern Gulf Islands ferry schedule If
you are arriving by ferry, at Village Bay, turn left at the top of
the ferry
terminal "Dalton Drive", then
turn right at the stop sign "Village Bay Road". Follow
Village Bay Road for approx. 2 kms. You
will come upon the Mayne Street Mall on the right hand
side as you are approaching
the Village. You can't miss us!

Harbour
Air Seaplanes - have regular scheduled flights to Mayne Island from Vancouver.
Sea
Air - regular flights daily to Mayne Island from Richmond. Gulf
Islands Water Taxi - Island
hopping. Sails between Mayne, Galiano and Salt Spring Islands on Wednesdays
through Saturdays from June 10 to September 2 and Saturdays only in June. If
arriving by float plane or water taxi, you will find us within a two and a half
block walk. Come straight
off the dock and up Fernhill Road. Turn right at
Village Bay Road and we are on the left in the Mayne Street Mall. |
